Contract to hire: (most popular)
While you look for the elusive principal staff wizard++, hire our engineers on contract to stay on top of your workload. Post your JD to our community and we’ll match you with the right engineers. Choose from 1, 2, or 3 month contracts at a fixed rate of $5k/mo. You can convert to FT anytime or cancel the contract anytime with 1 week notice.
Great for: early stage startups who don’t want to spend 35+ days hiring when they could have shipped multiple products during that time.
